摘  要:粉煤灰是煤粉燃烧后,随烟气自锅炉炉膛中带出的粉状燃烧产物,其可用性及具体用途取决于其物理化学性质和残余发质量分数(通常要求小于4%).依据美国某电厂粉煤灰和残余炭的粒度分布特点和形态特征,提出了采用流态化干法脱炭技术降低粉煤灰中残余发质量分数的基本思路.对不同粒级样品的分层试验表明:采用流态化技术能有效脱除大于0.074 mm粒级中的残余炭,而且工艺简单,无粉尘污染.这一方法对于解决粉煤灰的综合利用问题将提供有益的借鉴.Fly ash is a fine powdered solid substance discharged with flue gas from boiler chamber of power station after pulverized coal is burned at high temperature. The effective value of fly ash depends upon its physical and chemical properties as well as the content of unburned carbon (usually <4%). A basic idea to remove unburned carbon from fly ash by using fluidization technology was put forward on the basis of size distribution and microstructure feature of fly ash and unburned carbon of a power station in U. S. A.. Stratification tests for different size grade indicate that the fluidization method can effectively remove unburned carbon from fly ash (size grade > 0. 074 mm). The technology is of simple process and no environmental pollution. This process will give beneficial reference for solving pollution problem arose from fly ash.
