摘  要:研究喷涂参数对涂层密度、结合强度、粉末沉积效率及涂层杂质含量的影响。用真空感应热处理方法对涂层做耐热冲击性能测试 ,用XRD分析钽涂层热处理前后的表面化合物价态。铈在带钽涂层的石墨坩埚中进行 92 0℃ ,15min熔炼 ,结果表明 ,在 92 0℃条件下石墨坩埚内表面的钽涂层和液态铈是相互惰性的。The effects of coating density, adhesive strength of coating and graphite surface, deposition efficiency of powder, coating impurity content by spraying parameter were studied. Shock resistance of coating was tested by means of vacuum induction heat treatment. Relative ratio of tantalum and oxygen of coating surface was analyzed by XRD instrument. Graphite crucible sprayed tantalum coating was applied to melting cerium at 920 ℃ and 15 minutes, The results shows that coating and liquid state cerium was inertia each other at 920 ℃.
