摘　　要：2 5L塑料桶模具为对开 3分式模。作为注塑模 ,采用镶嵌铸入预先制好的小口径蛇形冷却管形成模具的冷却管道系统。在进行退火处理时 ,退火炉内放入一定量的焦炭 ,并且将炉门四周密封 ,防止铸钢件表面氧化。L plastic bucket mould is a type of split-three-parts mould. As a poured plastic mould, we use small size snake shape cooling pipe to form the cooling pipe system of mould, which is prepared by insert casting method before. When it is annealed, amount of cokes are put into the furnace which is sealed up to prevent the oxidization of mould.
