摘　　要：指出了传统的技术创新评价的不足及企业进行技术创新生态效益评价的必要性,在阐述实现技术创新生态效益标准的基础上,根据需要建立了一套切实可行的企业技术创新生态效益评价指标体系,并推荐了几种常用的评价数学模型。This paper points out the deficiency of the traditional evaluation of the technological innovation, and illustrates the necessity of the evaluation of eco - efficiency of enterprises' technological innovation. On the basis of the standard of realization of technological innovation eco - efficiency, this paper, according to the requirement, also aims to establish a proper and practical evaluation index system of the eco - efficiency of the technological innovation and recommend several mathematic models for evaluation.
