摘　　要：MIS是指在管理工作中以数据库为核心的计算机应用实现 .目前 ,中小企业 MIS的开发已成为我国信息化建设的关键 ,但常见的开发方法都不能很好的解决 MIS开发中需求获取的问题 ,本文在综合常见方法的需求分析的基础上 ,提出了一种较为有效的需求分析方法—MIS refers to the realization of computer application in the management of enterprises. Nowadays, much attention is paid on the MIS of middle and small sized enterprise, but little progress has been made. The key problem is how to obtain the system requirement, which is not solved by traditional methods. To meet this requirement, this paper presents a new method, which is called 3M method.
