摘　　要：介绍了输油泵机组故障诊断专家系统的结构、特点及工作原理 ,该系统具有操作简单、使用灵活、诊断准确率高等优点。故障诊断专家系统对输油泵进行状态监测和故障诊断 ,可有效地防止电机和泵轴损坏、轴承过热烧毁以及泵体振动过大等故障的发生 。A failure diagnosis system of pump unit is developed by Weifang Oil Transportation Administration of Sinopec and University of Petroleum (Beijing). This system, characterized by simple operation, flexible in use and high accuracy in failure diagnosis,can be used to monitor the operating state and failure diagnosis of pump unit to prevent the electric motor and pump shaft from damaging, bearing from burning out and pump body from vibration. With this system,the operating of pump unit can be kept under a safe state.
