摘　　要：在市场经济条件下 ,领导干部如何做到有所为有所不为 ,真正从根本上解决掌好权用好权的问题。关键在于强化自我防范意识、自我尊重意识、自我戒备意识。Under the present circumstances of market economy, how can Chinese leaders and cadres be faithful in the discharge of their duties to serve the people? What counts is to strengthen the leaders' and cadres' introspection, self-esteem, and self-criticism so as to really solve their problem of exercising functions and powers correctly.
