摘　　要：江淮汽车公司多年来始终抓住技术进步这条主线 ,坚持技术创新 ,实施科技兴企战略 ,因此取得了持续、快速、健康的发展 ,目前该厂已成为中国机械行业百强企业 ,国家大型二档企业 ,国家高新技术企业。本文简单回顾了江淮汽车公司技术进步概况 ,对其推动技术进步的运行机制进行探讨。Jianghuai Auto Company was only an unknown enterprise in the past. But this factory has obtained a sustained,speedy and healthy development because it seizes technological progress as main line,persists technical innovation and enforces stratagem of vitalizing enterprise by science and technology for many years. At present,this factory has been one of 100 mighty enterprises in mechanise line,second grade largescale and national high new tech enterprise. This paper mainly studies Jianghuai Auto Company’s running mechanism which propels technological progress after reviewing briefly its conspectus of technological progress.
