摘　　要：目的　探讨苏木醇提物对心脏移植后外周血部分辅助性T淋巴细胞因子 (Th1)细胞因子水平的影响。方法　应用大鼠腹腔同种异位心脏移植模型。受体SD大鼠 ,供体Wistar大鼠 ,苏木醇提物分为大、小剂量组 ,环孢素A(CsA)组 ,苏木 +半量CsA合作组 ,对照组。术前 2d给药 ,术后 5 ,9d抽血检测白介素 2 (IL 2 )、干扰素 γ(IFN γ)及肿瘤坏死因子 α(TNF α) ,观察术后移植心脏的存活天数及心脏跳动情况及病理改变。结果　苏木醇提物、苏木 +半量CsA合作组可明显延长供心存活时间 ,减轻移植心的病理损害 ,不同程度上降低移植后血清IL 2、IFN γ、TNF α水平。结论　苏木醇提物有较强的免疫抑制作用 ,可能是一种很有前途的心脏移植后抗排斥反应新药。Objective To investigate the effects of ethanol extract of Caesalpinia Sappan L on serum Th1 cytokines level after rat allograft heterotopic heart transplantation. Methods All groups consisted of Wistar donors into SD recipients, including large and low doses of ethanol extract of Caesalpinia Sappan L groups, CsA group, ethanol extract plus semidose CsA group and control group. Animals were given above drugs two days before operation, and blood or grafts IL-2,IFN-γ and TNF-α. were examimed grafts survival days and transplanted heart pathologic conditions were observed also. Results Ethanol extract of Caesalpinia Sappan L and the one plus semidose CsA could prolong grafts survival period, alleviate myocardial pathologic damages, decrease the levels of serum IL-2? IFN-γ and TNF-α compared with the control group. Conclusion Ethanol extract of Caesalpinia Sappan L has certain immunosuppressive function and maybe a kind of promising immunosuppressive agent in heart transplantation.
