摘  要:为研究间隔重复低氧对神经细胞膜功能的影响 ,观察重复缺氧小鼠血和组织中谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSHpx)和脑细胞膜神经节苷脂 (Gls)的变化。发现间隔重复低氧小鼠组织中GSHpx比活性下降 (P <0 .0 1 ) ;但经多次重复后 ,GSHpx比活性回升趋势明显 (P <0 .0 1 )。此种改变与血液中GSHpx的变化不同 ,表明在间隔重复低氧时 ,脑组织细胞产生了间隔低氧适应。与此同时 ,富集于脑细胞膜上的Gls含量持续下降 (P <0 .0 1 ) ,表明有机过氧化自由基使膜脂类过氧化延续。提示 :间隔重复低氧对神经细胞膜功能的影响 ,不会因间隔低氧适应即告终止 。Repetitive hyposia method was used to study the adaptation of mice to intermittent hypoxia and the changes of structures and function on neurons cell membrane.The results showed that the specific activity of glutathione peroxidase (GSHpx) decreased (P<0.01) in the mice brain. After many times for intermittent repetitive hypoxia, the activity of GSHpx increased again (P<0.01). The results showed the difference of brain with blood. The adaptation of intermittent hypoxia occurred in the brain. At that time, the contents of gangliosides (Gls), which were enriched in neurons cell membrane, decreased continuously (P<0.01). It is suggested that the structures of neurons cell membrane were damaged by free radical. And this would persist for a long time.
