醒脑开窍刺法配合百会透涌泉振法对脑卒中后运动功能的影响

摘　　要：目的:比较醒脑开窍法刺法配合百会透涌泉法及单纯应用治疗脑卒中后偏瘫患者的差别,评价两种方法合用在脑卒中后运动功能的日常生活能力(ADL)改善方面的意义。方法:对126例脑卒中后偏瘫随机分治疗组44例,对照组Ⅰ42例,对照组Ⅱ40例,对照组I采用醒脑开窍刺法,对照组II采用拜会透涌泉振法,治疗组两种方法合用,结果采用FMA评分法及Barthel检验。结果:治疗组的总有效率88%,对照组I的总有效率67%,对照组II总有效率58%,治疗组与对照组I差别有显著性意义(P<0.05),与对照组II比较差别有显著性意义(P<0.01),治疗组患者的运动功能改善情况及日常生活能力的改善情况与2个对照组,差别有显著性意义(t=4.042,P<0.01),对照组I与对照组II间的运动功能积分及日常生活指数差别有显著性意义(t=2.103,P<0.05)。结论:醒脑开窍针法与百会透涌泉法配合运用脑卒中后偏瘫的运动功能改善及日常生活能力的改善效果明显。AIM:To compare the difference between the acupuncture of promote resuscitation combined with penetration needling from Paihui to Yungch'uan and single applica tion in treatment of patients with stroke and assess their significance in impro ving of activities of daily living (ADL) of motor function. METHODS:126 stroke patients were randomly divided into treatment group (n=44), control group I (n=42) and control group II (n=40).Promote resuscitation acupun cture was used in the control group I, penetration needling from Paihui to Yungc h'uan was used in the control group II, and combination of the two methods was u sed in the treatment group.Fugl-Meyer Assessment (FMA) and Barthel index were u sed for evaluation of the results. RESULTS:The total effective rate was 88.09%for the treatment group, 66.67%fo r the control group I, and 57.5%for the control group II. There were significan t differences between the treatment group and control group I, and between the t reatment group and control group II (P< 0.05, P< 0.01 respectively). There were also significant differences in improvement of ADL and motor function between th e treatment group, control group I and control group II(t=4.042,P< 0.01; t=2.10 3,P< 0.05).
