摘  要:目的 :检测未经治疗梅毒患者外周血淋巴细胞亚群 ,并探讨其临床意义。方法 :应用流式细胞仪检测 36例 HIV阴性未经治疗的二期及隐性梅毒患者外周血淋巴细胞亚群及 NK淋巴细胞 ,并与 30例健康人群的检测结果相对照。结果 :患者 CD3、CD4 及 NK淋巴细胞与健康人群的检测结果相比差异均无显著性 (P>0 .0 5 ) ,而患者 CD8淋巴细胞明显高于对照组 ,差异有非常显著性 (P<0 .0 0 1) ,CD4 / CD8的比率明显低于对照组 ,差异有非常显著性 (P<0 .0 0 1) ;RPR滴度为 1∶ 2~ 1∶ 8的梅毒患者 CD3淋巴细胞的比例高于对照组 ,差异有显著性 (P<0 .0 5 ) ;二期与隐性梅毒患者之间以及不同 RPR滴度梅毒患者之间 T淋巴细胞亚群及 NK淋巴细胞差异均无显著性 (P>0 .0 5 )。结论 :未经治疗的梅毒患者外周血存在细胞免疫不平衡 ,CD8明显升高可能降低机体抵抗和清除梅毒螺旋体感染的能力。Objective: To detect the lymphocyte subsets of peripheral blood in untrated syphilitic patients and to investigate its clinical significance.Methods:Lymphocyte subsets and NK cell of peripheral blood were measured with flow cytometry(FCM) in 36 untreated syphilitic patients with flow cytometry(FCM)in 36 untrated syphilitic patients with human immunodeficiency virus seronegative.Results:The results revealed that CD_3,CD_4 and NK cells showed no significantly differences between patients and the controls ( P >0.05).CD_8 in patients was significantly higher than those in the controls( P <0.001);Consequently,the CD_4/CD_8 ratio was significantly decreased.CD_3 in patients with RPR from 1∶2 to 1∶8 was higher than those in the controls ( P <0.05);The lymphocyte subsets and NK revealed no significantly differences between untreated secondary and latent syphilitic patients ( P >0.05).Conclusion:These findings suggests that there is an inbalance for cellular immunity in the peripheral blood of untreated syphilitic patients and the significantly elevated CD_8 may weaken the ability of resistance and clearing Treponema pallidum infection.
