摘　　要：综述了农杆菌介导法的优点、转化机理及研究新进展,并对影响农杆菌转化玉米效率的关键因素进行了讨论.Based on recent bata,this review described the abvantage and mechanism of maize genet- ic transformation techniques via Agrobacterium tumefaciens.Together with the review was the progress of the research on the transformation.The key factors that affect the efficiency of transformation were also discussed.
