摘　　要：一养猪场对一窝初生仔猪注射铁剂后,于1h左右仔猪开始出现异常反应,相继发病,约在注射铁剂后20h,仔猪全部死亡.根据病程急速短暂,心、肺功能障碍和神经症状以及病理学变化,认为是铁剂引起的超敏反应(过敏性休克).建议养猪场为了预防仔猪贫血,在注射铁剂时对此应加以足够重视.The adverse reaction after ferric preparation treatment had happened in the piglets at a lit- ter within a certain farm.A series of abnormal appearance emerged in 1st piglet about 1h after treat- ment.All piglets at a litter died about 20h after treatment.We held on the basis of acute and brief course,cardiac and pulmonary dysfunction,nervous symptoms,pathological changes that this accident was hypersensitivity(anaphylactic shock)in piglets.It is highly important that pig farm should prevent disease accident at ferric preparation treatment.
