摘　　要：目的评价CT检查对腹部钝伤的诊断价值。方法对240例CT检出腹部脏器损伤病例进行回顾性分析。结果 240例腹部钝伤CT检出单一器官损伤125例,肝肾同时伤36例,复合伤25例,腹腔积血195例,腹膜后血肿40例。结论 CT对腹部脏器损伤的正确诊断和临床治疗提供重要信息。Objectve To evaluate CT diagnostic value of abdominal trauma. Methods 240 cases with abdominal trauma were underwent CT scan, their features were analysed restrospectively. Result 240 cases with visceral injures were deteced by CT scan.There are 125 cases of single visceral injury, 36 cases of renal injury and heptic injury at the same time, 25 cases of compound injuries, 195 cases of hemoperitoneum, 40 cases of retroperitoneal hematoma. Conclusion CT findings of abdominal trauma is very important for the correct diagnosis and for guiding the clinical management.
