摘　　要：目的　建立一种快速、简便、准确测量紫杉浸膏和紫杉胶囊中紫杉醇含量的方法。方法　以中性氧化铝为固定相 ,以氯仿 -甲醇 (1 0 0∶5 )为洗脱剂 ,洗脱液用HPLC法测定紫杉醇含量。色谱条件 :十八烷基硅烷键合硅胶柱 ,甲醇 -水 -乙腈 (2 2∶4 5∶33)流动相 ,检测波长 2 30nm。结果　中性氧化铝固相萃取可有效去除杂质和干扰物质 ,紫杉醇可达到基线分离 ,加样回收率为 1 0 2 .6 % ,RSD为 2 .1 %。结论　方法简便、快速、重复性好 。Aim To establish a solid phase extraction-HPLC method for the determination of Toxal in Taxus capsule.Methods The sample were extracted by neutral Al 2O 3 solid phase column and chloroform-methanol (100∶5) as elute.The HPLC operation condition consist of RP-C 18 column (5μm 4.6×250mm) with methanol-water-acetonitrile (22∶45∶33) as the mobile phase and UV detector at 230nm.Results The solid phase extraction can remove the impurity from samples effectively.The Toxal peak can be separated effectively,recovery was 102.6% and RSD was 2.1%.Conclusion This method is simple,quick and accurate.It can be used to determinateToxal.
