胃舒宁冲剂对鼠实验性胃病药效学的研究

摘　　要：目的　探讨胃舒宁冲剂的镇痛、抗胃溃疡的作用以及对蛋白酶活性的影响。方法　采用小鼠扭体法、热板法 ,大鼠幽门结扎性胃溃疡模性 ,醋酸烧灼性胃溃疡模型以及体外胃蛋白酶活性实验进行观察。结果　胃舒宁冲剂具有明显的镇痛作用 ,能显著抑制幽门结扎性胃溃疡的形成 ,并能促进醋酸烧灼性胃溃疡的恢复及体外抑制胃蛋白酶活性的作用。结论　胃舒宁冲剂具有良好的镇痛作用 ,及预防。Aim To study the analgesic effects and anti-gastric ulcer effects of WEISHUNING pellets and the impact on pepsin activity.Methods Writhing and hot plate tests in mice,model tests on pylorus ligatured gastric ulcer gastric ulcer by acetic acid induced in rats and external test on pepsin activity,were used in this study.Results WEISHUNING pellets show obvious analgesic effect.It can remarkably restrain the occurring of pylorus ligatured gastric ulcer and accelerate the curing process of gastric ulcer induced by acetic acid and decrease the activity of pepsin.Conclusion WEISHUNING pellets can remarkably ease pain and prevent or cure gastric ulcer and restrain the pepsin activity.
