摘　　要：目的　了解整合素 β1在增生性瘢痕中表达水平及在瘢痕增生中的作用。方法　应用荧光定量PCR测定整合素 β1在增生性瘢痕和正常皮肤中的表达。结果　增生性瘢痕中整合素 β1表达明显高于正常皮肤 ,有统计学意义 (P <0 .0 1)。结论　应用荧光定量PCR可对皮肤细胞内的整合素 β1作较准确的测定 ,其方法简便且敏感。增生性瘢痕与正常皮肤中整合素Objective To investigate the expression of β 1 integrin in hypertrophic scar tissue and discuss its role in scar formation. Methods The expressive level of β 1 integrin in specimens were determined by FQ-PCR technique. Results There was more expression of β 1 integrin in hypertrophic scar tissue than that in normal skin. Conclusion FQ-PCR technique could be applied in exploring the level of integrin and the method was simple, sensitive and accurate. The expressive differences of β 1 integrin between normal skin and hypertrophic scar tissue may contribute to the formation of scar.
