臀筋膜挛缩症手术患儿的康复锻炼指导及护理

摘　　要：对77例臀筋膜挛缩松解术后患儿进行早期、有计划的屈髋、髋内收和内旋锻炼,注重患儿的心理疏导,进行集体教育,加强出院后的康复锻炼指导等。结果手术后患儿的双侧髋关节屈曲受限、外展畸形得到明显改善,减轻了患儿的痛苦,保证了手术效果。children of gluteus contracture received early planned rehabilitative exercises such as hip flexion,internal rotation and adduction,meanwhile psychological guidance and health education after operation as well as instructions of rehabilitative exercises after discharge.As a result,flexion and deformities were corrected and hip function was improved so that their pains were alleviated and the surgical effects were guaranteed.
