摘　　要：笔者报道ICU危重患者救治中固定护理小组的实施。根据患者的病情需要及治疗要求,将科室护理人员依据经验、资历、培养的目标等,抽出4名组成一个固定护理小组,分3班连续对同一位患者进行全方位护理,直到患者病情平稳,解除特护或转出ICU。认为固定护理小组使ICU危重患者护理得以连续实施,护患关系密切,并系统培养了一批护理骨干。The authors reported the enforcement of fixed nursing group in the treatment of ICU critical patients.A fixed group of4from the nursing staff were formed according to experience,longevity and targets for training to meet the needs of patients'conditions and the treatment and they nursed a patient at three shifts continually until his conditions kept stable,special nursing withdrawn or he was transferred out of ICU.The authors reckoned that the fixed nursing group realized the continuous nursing for the ICU patients,meanwhile the relationship between nursing and patients was improved and in the end exerted its influence in cultivating a group of nursing backbones.
