摘　　要：目的探讨针刺疗法对膀胱痉挛的治疗效果。方法将2002年1月～2002年10月100例经尿道前列腺汽化电切术后出现膀胱痉挛的病人采用针刺疗法为观察组,2001年6月～2001年12月100例经尿道前列腺汽化电切术后出现膀胱痉挛的病人采用一般治疗方法为对照组。结果两组患者膀胱痉挛平均次数、痉挛间歇时间分别经t检验,P值均<0.01,有显著性差异。结论针刺疗法组的止痛效果明显高于一般治疗组,且针刺疗法有安全、经济、无交叉感染、不良反应小等优点,值得推广。Objective To explore the therapeutic effect of acupuncture on bladder spasm.Methods100patients with bladder spasm after TURP admitted from June2001to December2001were assigned into the control group where routine therapy was used while another100patients from January2002to October2002into the observational group where acupuncture was adopted.The therapeutic effects were compared.Res ults Statistically,t-test demonstrated the significant differences in average times of bladder spasm and duration of spasm between the groups(t=4.35,3.89respectively,P<0.01).Conclus ion Acupuncture after TURP is obviously more effective than other routinetherapies in killing pains.It is safe,economical,little effective adversely and free from cross infection,thus worth popularizing.
