摘　　要：笔者报道327例直肠癌患者在腹腔镜下手助式直肠癌根治手术的配合体会。认为术前对患者进行心理护理取得合作及物品准备周全,术中娴熟的手术配合技巧是手术顺利进行的重要保证。本组患者术后创伤少,康复快,缩短了住院时间,降低了住院费用。The authors reported their experience of nursing cooperation in manually-aided radical resection of rectal cancer under abdominoscope.They argued that mental nursing before operation to obtain patient's cooperation and all apparatus prepared fully as well as sleight in operative cooperation at operation was a promise for the success.In their practice,the patients nursed had less trauma,got rehabilitated fast and hospitalized for a short period of time and thus lowered their medical expense.
