甘薯专用肥对甘薯产量和品质的影响

摘　　要：研究不同品种肥料对甘薯产量、品质的影响。结果表明,甘薯专用肥Ⅱ号比规范施肥(CK1:地方标准)增产14.0％(P<0.01),增收23.9％,而且可溶性糖、粗蛋白和淀粉含量分别增加0.85个百分点、0.25个百分点和3.60个百分点;与习惯施肥(CK2)比较,效果更为明显,增产达极显著,可溶性糖含量增加1.76个百分点,粗蛋白含量增加0.41个百分点,淀粉含量增加2.91个百分点;经济效益分别比CK1和CK2提高23.9％和13.0％。说明施用甘薯专用肥Ⅱ号具有明显的增产增质增效作用。The effect of applying special fertilizers on the yield and quality of sweet potato was studied. The results indicated that the yield of sweet potato increased by 14. 0% which reached the high significant level, the income increased by 23. 9%, the quality of sweet potato was improved by applying special fertilizer I and the content of soluble sugar , crude protein and amylum increased by 0. 85, 0. 25 and 3. 60 percentage respectively compared with those of the normalized fertilizer application. The effect on increasing yield and improving quality of sweet potato reached the high significant level compared with the tradictional fertilizer application. The content of soluble sugar, crude protein and amylum increased by 1. 76, 0. 41 and 2. 91 percentage point and the benefit increased by 13. 0% and 23. 9% respectively. The special fertilizer I showed significant effect on increasing yield , quality and efficiency of sweet potato.
