成人原发性肾病综合征中西医结合治疗探讨

摘　　要：目的 :探讨成人原发性肾病综合征 (PNS)中西医结合治疗的方法及效果。方法 :将 64例PNS病人随机分为两组。西医组 3 2例 ,主要用激素治疗 ;中西医结合组 3 2例 ,在西医治疗基础上加用中药治疗。结果 :中西医结合组总有效率 87 5 % ,显著高于西医组的 5 6 3 % (P <0 0 5 )。中西医结合组不良反应发生率及复发率分别为 15 6%和 2 1 9% ,明显低于西医组的 5 9 4%和 5 6 3 % (P <0 0 1)。结论 :中西医结合治疗PNS在增加疗效。Objective To investigate the methods and effects of adult primary nephrotic syndrome (PNS) with integrated traditional chinese medicine-western medicine.Methods 64 PNS patients were randomly divided into two groups of 32 patients each(WM group and Integrated TCM WM group),WM group are with hormone treatment mainly and Integrated TCM-WM group are with traditional chinese medicine based on western medicine.Results Total effective rate of the Integrated TCM-WM group is 87.5%,significantly higher than that (56.3%) of WM group (P<0.05).The occurrence rate of side effect and the recurrence rate were 15.6% and 21.9% respectively in the Integrated TCM-WM group,significantly lower than those (59.4% and 56.3%) of WM group (P<0.01).Conclusion The clinical curative effect is being increased,the occurrence rate of side effect is being decreased and the recurrence rate is being dropped for PNS patients in the Integrated TCM-WM group,which are much better than that in WM group.
