中药治疗青春期功能性子宫出血66例观察

摘　　要：目的 :观察中药治疗青春期功血的疗效。方法 :6 6例出血期患者先辨证分型治疗 ,待血止后 ,治疗组 36例运用蔡小荪教授的育肾通络、育肾培元法周期治疗 ,对照组 30例用乌鸡白凤丸治疗。结果 :治疗组有效率 91.7% ,对照组 76 .7% ,两组比较有显著差异 (P<0 .0 5 ) ,治疗组疗效优于对照组。结论 :从肾分期辨证治疗青春期功血疗效较好。To observe the effect of traditional Chinese drugs in treatment of adolescence dysfunctional uterine bleeding.Methods:66 cases of adolescence dysfunctional uterine bleeding had been treated by differetiation of signs and symptoms.After hemostasia,the therapeutics of reinforcing the kidney had been used in periodicity,at the same time the pills,White Phoenix Bolus of Black-Bone Chicken,used in the controlled group.The effective rate was 91.7% in the treatment group and 76.7% in the control.There was significant difference between them in comparison (P<0.05).Conclusion:The therapeutics of reinforcing qi of the kidney can be effcetive applied in treatment of adolescence dysfunctional uterine bleeding. [
