高压氧对小儿中-重度烧伤治疗的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨高压氧治疗对小儿烧伤病人在早期补液量,深度烧伤创面愈后,并发症及住院时间的影响。方法采用前瞻性对比研究,随机选择常规治疗组和常规治疗+高压氧治疗组病例各30例。结果早期高压氧治疗使烧伤病人水肿期缩短,输液量及并发症减少,住院时间缩短,两组对比P<0.01,有统计学意义。结论对烧伤病人早期采用高压氧治疗,可大幅度减少体液丢失、减轻水肿,明显改善创面微循环,阻止创面向深度发展,休克得到及早纠正,减少并发症,缩短住院时间。bjective To study the influence of hyperbaric oxygen therapy on early transfusion volume,complications and time of hospital stay after healing of wound surface in the patients with serious burn.Methods By the method of prospective contrast research,we randomly selected30cases of moderateserious burn with routine therapy and30cases treated using hyperbaric oxygen therapy as control group and observation group,respeitively.Results The hydropic period,time of hospital stay,transfusion volume and complications in observation group were remarkable less than that in control group(p<0.01).Conclusions Early hyperbaric oxygen therapy of burn patient can reduce the loss of body fluid,lighten edema,and improve the condition of micro-circulation in surtace of wound,prevent wound developing deeply,correct shock in time,reduce complications and shorten the time of hospitalization.[
