A TAXONOMIC STUDY OF THE GENUS ANGUSTELLA LI(HOMOPTERA,CICADELLIDAE,EVACANTHINAE)

摘　　要：记载了狭顶叶蝉属AngustellaLi 6种 ,其中包括 2新种 ,即红翅狭顶叶蝉A .rufipennasp .nov .和长尾狭顶叶蝉A .longipygasp .nov .。给出了分种检索表。新种模式标本保存在贵州大学昆虫研究所。Two new Chinese species of the genus Angustella Li are described and a key to all six species of this genus is proposed. The type specimens are deposited in the Institute of Entomology, Guizhou University.1 Angustella rufipenna sp. nov. (Figs.1-6) Body length (incl. tegm.):♂ 5.8-6.0mm, ♀6.0-6.2mm. Vertex conically produced with five carinae viz. A median carina, two lateral carinae and two subocelar carinae. Ocelli placed on the outside of the lateral carinae, a little posterior to the middle. Frontoclypeal area with a median crina. Tegmen with R 1a appears to be a reflex cross vein in the costal area. Pygofer side triangularly produced, with a long appendage under the posterior margin near the middle, subgenital plate triangle-like, aedeagus key-shaped at the apex. Body and forewings red, crown with a big black spot,the median carina and longitudinal fascia of frontoclypeus each side black,anterior margin, posterior edge,inner margin, claval suture and median longitudinal fascia of forewings black. Holotype ♂, paratypes 11♂♂, 8♀♀, Longling(24°56′N, 98°38′E),Yunnan Province, 24-25 July 2002, coll. by LI Zi-Zhong, YANG Mao-Fa and SONG Hong-Yan. This new species is allied to A. nigricarina Li, but can be distinguished from the latter by 1)the smaller body; 2) body and forewings red and 3) the subgenital plate triangle-like.2 Angustella longipyga sp. nov. (Figs.7-12) Body length (incl. tegm.): ♂6.0-6.2mm, ♀6.2-6.8mm. Body shape same as previous species description. Apex area of pygofer side stick-shaped and with long setae, subgenital plate leaf-shaped, apex of aedeagus angled produced, connective Y-shape. Body and forewings orange, crown with a five-angle black spot,the median crina and longitudinal fascia of frontoclypeus each side, and each lorum black, anterior margin, posterior edge, inner margin, claval suture, median longitudinal fascia and apical area of forewings black.
