促智药对樟柳碱所致记忆障碍的改善作用

摘　　要：目的:探讨几种促智药对樟柳碱诱导小鼠记忆障碍模型的影响。方法:动物学习、记忆实验用跳台法和避暗法。结果:几种不同剂量的促智药对樟柳碱所致记忆障碍均有不同程度的改善作用。小鼠跳台和避暗行为潜伏期延长,错误次数减少。结论:康宝和长寿康对樟柳碱所引起的记忆障碍有明显的改善作用,与公认的促智西药尼莫地平、奥拉西坦相似。Objective:To study the effect of several memory-improving agents on memory impairment in mice model. Methods: Memory impairment animal model was established by injection of anisodine to mice and 2 dosages of each agent were given to the animals for 4d by oral. The effectiveness of these agents was determined by step down and step through tests. Results: All the agents were effective in improving memory impairment but the improvements were in different degrees. Data indicated that the latent period was longed and the times of errors was lessened in both step down and step through tests,in comparison with control group.Conclusion:2 traditional Chinese medicinal products, Changshoukang and kangbao,have significant effect in improving memory impairment in mice model, and their efficacy was similar to that of nimodipine and oxiracetam.
