摘  要:目的:观察丙泊酚对颅脑手术创伤所致自由基水平变化的影响。方法:选择会侵袭脑实质的颅内手术病例,分为丙泊酚麻醉和常规麻醉2组,分别于手术前后检测血中脂质过氧化产物丙二醛(MDA)水平。结果:常规麻醉下颅脑手术后脑脊液和血浆中MDA水平显著升高(P<0.001),提示氧自由基对生物膜脂质成分的过氧化损伤作用增强;丙泊酚麻醉组血浆和脑脊液MDA水平均明显低于非丙泊酚麻醉组(P<0.05,0.01)。结论:丙泊酚具有抑制颅脑手术所致脂质过氧化反应增强的作用。Objective: To observe the effect of propofol on the changes of free radical metabolism ?induced by brain operation. Methods:Patients who will be performed brain operation were selected into the study. 25 patients were randomized to enter either a normally general anesthesia group ( n = 13) or a propofol intravenous anesthesia group ( n = 12). Blood and cerebrospinal fluid ( CSF) samples were taken for examining MDA to indicate the extent of peroxidation. Results:The MDA levels in blood and CSF after brain operation increased obviously under normally general anesthesia (P < 0. 001) ,but the increases of MDA in the propofol intravenous anesthesia group were lower significantly than that in a normally general anesthesia group (P<0.05,P<0.01). Conclusions: Propofol can inhibit the enhance of lipid peroxidation after brain operation.
