闭式穿针固定治疗新鲜肱骨干骨折45例疗效观察

摘　　要：目的 观察闭式穿针在治疗脓骨干骨折的临床疗效。方法 对45例肱骨干骨折的患者,采用骨圆针髓内固定,外用小夹板固定。对肱骨干上、中段骨折进针点选择在肱骨大结节处,下段骨折进针点选择在脓骨外上髁部。结果 本组病人均在3个月内愈合,愈合时间最短42d,最长80d,平均61d;骨折解剖复位26例,近解剖复位19例;经3～6个月随访,肩、肘关节功能恢复满意。结论 本方法操作简单、损伤小、不破坏骨折端骨膜及血运,骨折对位、对线好,骨折愈合快,功能恢复好,是治疗肱骨干骨折的一种理想选择方法。Objective To explore the curative effects of closed pin fixation in treating fracture of humeral shaft. Methods Intramedullary nailing with osseous pin and external fixation with small splints were used in 45 cases of fracture of humeral shaft and the greater tuberosity of humeral fracture in the front and middle parts. The external condyles of humerus were chosen as the fixation sites in cases of fracture in the lower part. Results The hospitalization time ranged from 42 days to 80 days in 26 cases of anatomical or approximately anatomical reduction. The 3-6 month follow-up survey showed that the functions of shoulder and elhow joints recovered satisfactorily. Conclusion Few traumata, no harm in periost and blood circulation, good apposition and alinement, quick healing and good recovery of functions are all the characteristics of this simple operation in treating fracture of humeral shaft.
