摘  要:目的 了解浙江省人群流感病毒血凝抑制抗体水平。方法 对 1999年春采自浙江省三个地区的64 6份正常人血清进行血凝抑制抗体的测定。结果 总阳性率A/京防 /2 62 /95 (H1 N1 )为 65 5 %、A/沪防 /1/98(H3N2 )为 78 1%、B/深防 /12 /97为 63 0 %。三个地区对A/沪防 /1/98(H3N2 )的抗体阳性率及抗体几何平均滴度 (GMT)均较高。不同地区间抗体阳性率和GMT均有很大不同 ,温州、湖州市人群抗体阳性率及GMT明显高于杭州市。结论 A/沪防 /1/98(H3N2 )的同一类病毒在浙江省既往有过流行 ,近期再度流行的可能性不大。不同地区人群的免疫状态是不均衡的。Objective To analyze serum hemagglutination inhibition (HI) antibody level of influenza virus in Zhejiang province population. Methods HI antibody level of different strains were detected in 646 normal serum specimen sampled from Hangzhou, Wenzhou and Huzhou.Results The total antibody positive rate of A/Beijing/265/95 (H 1N 1), A/Shanghai/1/98 (H 3N 2) and B/Shenzhen/12/97 were 65.5%, 78.1% and 63.0% respectively. Both the positive rate and the geometric mean titer to A/Shanghai/1/98 (H 3N 2) were high in the three cities, and had significant difgerences among them, which in Wenzhou and Huzhou cities were significant higher than that in Hangzhou city. Conclusions A/Shanghai/1/98 (H 3N 2) strain or similar strain has prevailed in Zhejiang province, and there is little probability of epidemic again in the near future. The population immune level to influenza virus seems unbalanced in different cities.
