妊高征患者产前母血及新生儿脐血瘦素水平的检测及意义

摘　　要：目的　探讨妊高征患者产前母血及其新生儿脐血瘦素水平和临床意义。方法　 2 0 0 0年 2月至 2 0 0 2年 10月间采用放射免疫法测定 96例妊高征、15 0例正常妊娠妇女在分娩前的母血及其新生儿的脐血瘦素水平。结果　中、重度妊高征组的母血、脐血瘦素水平均升高明显 ;妊高征组的收缩压、舒张压及平均动脉压与母血瘦素水平的相关程度明显高于正常妊娠组 ;轻、中度妊高征组及正常妊娠组脐血瘦素水平与新生儿出生体重、体重指数呈显著性正相关。结论　母血瘦素水平可能成为中、重度妊高征的观察、诊断指标之一。脐血瘦素水平可能成为正常妊娠 ,轻。Objective To detect serum leptin levels in pregnancy induced hypertension (PIH) women in prepartum and their babies and to investigate their clinical significance.Methods Between February 2000 and October 2002,levels of serum leptin were measured in 96 PIH and 150 healthy pregnant women before the delivery time and their newborns by immunoradioassay method.Results The maternal and fetal blood leptin levels of the moderate and severe PIH were obviously high.The positive correlations were significant between the leptin concentrations and the systolic blood pressure,diastolic blood pressure and medium artery blood pressure of the both groups,especially the PIH.In the mild,moderate PIH and the normal pregnancy,the leptin levels of cord blood were positively correlated with the newborns' body weight and body mass index.Conclusion The maternal serum leptin concentrations may serve as one of the markers for monitoring and diagnosing the middle,serious PIH;and the cord serum leptin levels can be regarded as one of the parameters for evaluating the fetal intrauterine growth in the mild,moderate PIH and the normal pregnancy
