摘　　要：目的探讨切除会厌及舌根部肿瘤的最佳手术途径。方法1995-03～2001-02采用舌骨上咽切开术手术切除17例病人的会厌及舌根部肿瘤。结果舌骨上咽切开术能充分暴露会厌及舌根部病变部位,不影响喉的支架结构及喉功能,并能彻底的切除会厌及舌根部肿瘤,所有病例术中出血量均在50ml以下,术后随访2～3年,无1例复发。结论舌骨上咽切开术治疗会厌及舌根部肿瘤是一种必要、安全和可靠的手术径路,值得临床推广。Objective To explore a better surgical approach for resecting epiglottis tumor including the tongue base.Methods From March,1995to February,2001,the17patients with epiglottis tumor inclu-ding the tongue base were operated on by suprahyoid pharyngotomy approach.Results Suprahyoid phary-ngotomy approach provided good exposure of surgical field and simutaneous conserved the structure and function of the larynx,the epiglottis tumor including the tongue base was fully exposed and thorough resected,intraoperation hemorrhage was less than50ml,no recurrence was found during a follow-up period from2to3years.Conclusion Suprahyoid pharyngotomy is a necessary and safe and reliable surgical approach,and will be used broadly in the removal of tumors involving the epiglotic and the tongue base.
