银屑病复发因素的Cox模型分析

摘　　要：目的　探讨影响银屑病复发的主要因素 ,为临床判断复发倾向提供科学依据。方法　采用问卷调查形式 ,对 16 1例初次复发的银屑病患者 15个影响因素进行调查 ,应用SPSS .10统计软件进行Cox回归模型分析。结果　 6个有统计学意义的影响因素参数值进入回归模型 ,分别为初次发病年龄、家族患病史、洗澡平均间隔天数、慢性上呼吸道炎症、潮湿和高温。 6个因素的不同水平的平均缓解期之间差异均有统计学意义 (P <0 0 5 )。结论　本次分析表明银屑病的复发主要与遗传、感染和环境因素有关。Objective: To probe into the main factors affecting the recurrence of Psoriasis, and supply scientific evidence for its clinical judgment. Methods: Fifteen factors were investigated in the first recurrences of 161 patients by means of questionnaire, Cox regression model analysis of SPSS1.0 statistic software was used to deal with the data. Results: Six factors were involved in the regression model analysis, including the age of first pathogenesis, family history of Psoriasis, average interval days between bathes, chronic inflammation of upper respiratory tract, humidity and high temperature. The differences between the six factors are significant at different levels of average (P<0.05). Conclusion:The recurrence of Psoriasis is related to heredity, infection and environmental factors.
