粒生素促进急性白血病化疗后中性粒细胞的恢复

摘　　要：目的　观察粒生素对急性白血病化疗后粒细胞减少的治疗效果。方法　 75例接受联合化疗的急性白血病患者随机分为两组 ,治疗组的 38例在化疗后中性粒细胞绝对值 (ANC)降至 1 5× 10 9 L时 ,加用粒生素 15 0 μg 天皮下注射使粒细胞恢复 ,直至复查ANC超过 2 0× 10 9 L后停药 ,平均用药时间 5 9天 ;对照组的 37例仅给予常规支持治疗。结果　使用粒生素治疗组ANC恢复到超过 2 0× 10 9 L的时间为 5 4± 2 7天 ,明显比未使用粒生素的对照组的 14 7± 3 5天短 ,且治疗组感染率为 18 4 2 %(7 38) ,对照组感染发生率为 75 6 8%(2 8 37) ,两者差异有显著性。结论　粒生素能够明显促进白血病患者化疗后粒细胞的恢复 ,疗效可靠 ,毒副作用轻微。Objective:To observe the effects of Lishengsu, which is a domestic recombinant human granulocyte colony-stimulating factor promoting neutrophil recovery in acute leukemia patients undergoing chemotherapy. Methods:Seventy-five patients with acute leukemia were randomly divided into two groups. When blood absolute neutrophil counts (ANC) decreased to less than 1.5×10 9/L after chemotherapy, Lishengsu was subcutaneously injected for 38 patients at a dose of 150 μg per day until ANC reached more 2.0×10 9/L, but other 37 patients were routinely treated. Results:The average time for ANC >2.0×10 9/L was 5.4±2.7 days in the study group, but 14.7±3.5 days in the control group. The infection rate in the study group was 18.42%(7/38) versus 75.68% (28/37) in the control group and there was statistical significance. Conclusion:Lishengsu remarkably promotes neutrophil recovery in the patients with acute leukemia undergoing chemotherapy, and decreases infection rate. The curativeeffect of Lishengsu is reliable and has little side-effect.
