B超诊断先天性肥厚性幽门狭窄的临床应用价值

摘　　要：目的　探讨B超检查在诊断先天性肥厚性幽门狭窄 (IHPS)的临床应用价值及其诊断标准。方法　测量分析 5 0例IHPS患儿及 39例正常婴儿幽门管长径、幽门环肌厚度、幽门管腔内径。结果　 5 0例IHPS患儿幽门管长径、幽门环肌厚度明显高于 39例对照组婴儿 ,而幽门管腔内径明显小于 39例对照组婴儿 (P <0 0 1)。结论　B超对诊断IHPS具有重要的临床应用价值。Objective: To discuss the clinical value for diagnosis of IHPS by ultrasonography and the diagnosis standard. Methods: Pyloric diameter, muscular thickness and pyloric length were measured in 50 infants with IHPS and in 39 normal infants. Results: The pyloric length and muscular thickness in the IHPS group were apparently more than those in the control group. However,the pyloric diameter was apparently smaller.(P<0.01).Conclusion: B-mode ultrasonography is very valuable for the diagnosis of IHPS.
