摘　　要：目的　了解大学新生HBV的感染与携带情况。方法　用ELISA法检测HBVM ,酶动力学法测定ALT。结果　HBsAg阳性率为 5 70 % ;HBsAg阳性组的HBVM模式有八种 ,并以“小三阳”和“大三阳”模式为主 ;“大三阳”与“小三阳”组及其它组间ALT异常率具有显著性差异P <0 0 5。HBsAg携带在性别间无差异 P >0 0 5。结论　为预防和控制HBV在高校内传染 ,应加强在新生中HBVM及ALT的检测。Objective: To know the infection and the epidemic features of HBsAg in freshmen Methods: HBVM by ELISA and ALT in enzyme dynamics were examined Results: The HBsAg carrying rate was 5 70 percent in the 3265 new students and there were eight HBVM modes in the carrying HBsAg students that were chiefly HBeAb positive or HBeAg positive The difference in ALT was significant between HBeAg positive and HBeAb positive groups, and between other groups There was no difference in HBsAg positive rate between male and female Conclusion: To prevent and control the infection of HBV in colleges, we should enhance the examinations of HBVM and ALT in freshmen
