摘　　要：目的 :评价遍地金提取物对大鼠脑突触体单胺氧化酶的抑制作用。方法 :通过大鼠脑突触体单胺氧化酶的抑制实验 ,测定其重摄取量cpm及抑制百分率。结果 :遍地金提取物组平均抑制百分率为 93 0 % ,IC50 =2 6 9 15mg/ml。St.John’sWort组平均抑制百分率为 93 0 % ,IC50 =71 2 2mg/ml。结论 :遍地金提取物与在欧美上市的抗抑郁药物St.John’sWort均能抑制大鼠脑突触体单胺氧化酶的活性 。Objective:To evaluate the inhibitory effect of hypericum wightianum extracts on brain synaptic monoamine oxidase in rats.Methods:The inhibitory experiment of brain synaptic monoamine oxidase was employed to detect the reintake and inhibition percentage.Results:The average inhibition percentage and IC 50 in hypericum wightianum extracts group were 93.0% and 269.15ml/ml,respectively,and that in St John's Wort group were 93.0% and 71.22mg/ml,respectively.Conclusion:Both hypericum wightianum extracts and antidepressant St John's Wort can inhibit the activity of monoamine oxidase,and there is no statistics significance between them.
