摘　　要：目的 :总结内蒙古首例人同种异体原位肝移植的经验。方法 :受体男性 ,5 4岁 ,体重 5 8kg ,身高1 75cm ,B型血 ,病肝重 1 2 0 0 g ,因原发性肝癌行肝左叶切除术 1次 ,肝动脉插管化疗 (TACE) 5次 ,再次复发。供体男性 ,2 6岁 ,体重 6 5kg ,身高 1 70cm ,O型血 ,身体健康 ,无传染性疾患 ,供肝重 1 2 0 0 g ,中度脂肪肝。结果 :受体术后第 1d因肝左动脉分支出血行肝左动脉分支结扎术 ,术后第 1周肝功恢复正常 ,术后第 5 0d死于肺部感染、肾功衰竭、肝功衰竭。结论Objective:To summarize experience of first human Orthotopic liver transplantation in Inner Mongolia.Methods:The receptor was a man aged 54,with 58 kg weight,175cm height and B blood type.His liver weighed 1200g and recurred liver cancer after 1 left lobectomy and chemotherapy through hepatic arteriocatheter at five times.The donor was a man aged 26,with 65 kg weight,175cm height and O blood type.His liver weighed 1200g and was moderately fatty one.Results:Postoperatively ligating branch of left hepatic artery was performed for its hemorrhage in 1 day.Hepatic function returned to normal in postoperative 1 week.The receptor died of pulmonary infection and hepatorenal failure in postoperative 50 days.Conclusion:Liver transplantation isthe only effective method of treating terminal hepatic diseases.
