血液稀释复合光量子综合疗法治疗冠心病心绞痛合并高粘血症患者的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的 :观察血液稀释复合光量子综合疗法对冠心病心绞痛合并高粘滞血症患者的疗效及安全性。方法 :88例随机分为 2组 ,治疗组 :48例在常规临床治疗基础上采用少量多次高容性血液稀释、紫外光及低强度 He- Ne激光体外照射与充氧血液磁化等处理后自血回输 ;对照组 :40例用低分子右旋糖酐加复方丹参液静滴。治疗后观察两组的临床症状、心电图缺血性 ST- T段、血脂、血液流变学及心肌耗氧指数等变化及不良反应 ,并作比较。结果 :治疗组的临床症状 ,心电图缺血性 ST- T改变 ,血脂、血液流变学及心肌耗氧指数均较对照组差异有显著性 ( P<0 .0 5 ) ,而且不良反应少。结论 :血液稀释复合光量子综合疗法对冠心病心绞痛合并高粘滞血症的患者有较好的近期临床疗效 ,安全性好 ,简便易行。Objective:To observe the Efficacy and safety of blood dilution compounding light quantum in treating patients with cardiac angina complicated by high blood conglutination.Methods:88 patients with cardiac angina complicated by high blood conglutination were randomly divided into two groups,40 cases in control group and 48 cases in subject group.Besides ordinalry clinical treatment,blood of the subject group was treated with small amount but multi times of high volume dilution,in vitro ultraviolet radiation and low strengty He Ne laser irradiation,compensating oxide and magnetizing before the blood was transported into the bodies.Control group was injected with Salvia miltiorrhiza compounds diluting in low molecular dextran.Clinical symptoms,ischemia changing of ST T in electrocardiograph(ECG),plasma lipid,hemorheology myocardium oxide consumption index,and the adverse event were also observed.Results:Compared with the control group,amelioration in clinical symptom,ischemia changing of ST T in ECG,plasma lipid,hemorheology and myocardium oxide consumption indexes were significant different( P< 0.05).Furthermore,ill effect was small.Conclusion:Blood dilution compounding light quantum is a good way in treating patients with cardiac angina complicated by high blood conglutination,at least in the near future effects,and there are few adverse events,so it is a safe therapeutic measure.
