摘　　要：重婚罪中的“配偶”、“与他人同居”如何理解;前一婚姻关系无效是否会构成重婚;重婚罪受害人如何启动司法救济程序等问题,关系到重婚罪的法律适用,但在实践中争议较大。为此,有必要在理论上作进一步的探讨。(中共忻州市委党校,山西忻州034000)How to comprehend spouse,cohahitation with others in bigamy ;whether it form tigamy or not if former marriage is futile;how can aggrieved party of bigamy switch on judicial remedy process etc.These questions affect legal suitalility of bigamy ,but much controversy exsits in practice.Therefore,it's necessary to make a further probe in theory.
