摘　　要：目的　了解阴道加德纳菌 (Gardnerellavaginalis ,GV)在细菌性阴道病 (Bacterialvaginitis ,BV)的感染率以及在正常女性生殖道内的携带情况。方法　应用BV国际四项诊断标准、革兰染色及分离培养 ,对 3 5 0例BV患者及 2 2 0例正常女性的阴道分泌物进行调查研究。结果　GV在BV患者中检出率为 5 7 1 4% ;在正常妇女中检出率为 1 3 6 4 %。结论　GV在BV和正常妇女中的检出率有显著差异 ,证明它是细菌性阴道病的主要致病菌之一。Objective To investigate Gardnerella vaginalis'distribution in the patients of Bacterial vaginitis and normal females Methods The vaginal secretion which was from 350 patients of Bacterial vaginitis and 220 normal females was investigated by four international standards for diagnosis of bacterial vaginitis,Gram stain and cultivation Results The positive rate of Gardnerella vaginalis in the patients of Bacterial vaginitis was 57 14% and those in normal females was 13 64% Conclusion The positive rates of Gardnerella vaginalis between the patients of Bacterial vaginitis and normal females were different significantly,which identified that Gardnerella vaginalis was one of the pathogenic bacterium of Bacterial vaginitis But Gardnerella vaginalis'infection must be diagnosed in connection with four international standards for diagnosis
