摘  要:目的 探讨煤矿井下作业对高血压矿工血浆醛固酮 (ALD)水平的影响。方法 采用放射免疫测定法对地面与井下作业的高血压 (HP)与非高血压 (NHP)矿工进行血浆ALD水平的测定。结果 井下作业矿工血浆ALD总体水平显著高于地面作业矿工 (P <0 0 5 ) ,主要是井下HP矿工血浆ALD水平显著升高 ,不仅高于地面HP矿工 (P <0 0 5 ) ,亦高于井下NHP矿工 (P <0 0 5 ) ,且井下HP矿工中以安装维修组矿工血浆ALD水平最高。井下作业矿工平均动脉血压 (ABP)与血浆ALD水平呈显著正相关 (r =0 46 76 ,P <0 0 5 )。结论 井下特殊的作业环境和作业内容可能是引起井下HP矿工血浆ALD水平升高的原因。Objective To study the effects of underpit operation on plasma aldosterone(ALD) levels of hypertensive miners.Methods Plasma ALD levels was measured by means of radioimmunoassay in hypertensive(HP) and non hypertensive(NHP) miners who operated in the pit or operated on the ground.Results Plasma ALD levels of miners in the pit was significantly higher than those on the ground(P<0.05),it was mainly that the HP miners in the pit increased significantly,not only higher than HP miners on the ground(P<0.05),but also higher than NHP miners in the pit(P<0.05).Plasma ALD levels was the highest in HP miners of underpit install repair group.The average blood pressure(ABP) of miners in the pit had positive correlation with plasma ALD levels(r=0.4676,P<0.05).Conclusion The special operational environment and content were the factors that possibly increased plasma ALD levels of HP miners in the pit.
