重庆市1999年～2000年消化系统用药分析

摘　　要：目的:客观评估重庆市消化系统用药的现状和趋势。方法:调查重庆市26家医院1999年～2000年消化系统用药金额、主要品种、DDDs等,分析临床应用情况。结果:消化系统用药金额2000年比1999年增长46.19％,DDDs 2000年比1999年增长19.81％,平均日费用2000年和1999年分别为3.96元、4.13元。结论:消化系统药物在重庆应用普遍、增长快速。OBJECTIVE:To survey and objectively evaluate the present situation and trend of the digestive system drugs used in Chongqing. METHODS:To make a survey of the use of above-mentioned drugs in 26 hospitals of Chongqing in 1999~2000 in respect to the sum of money of sales, main kinds, DDDs and to analyse the situation of clinical use. RESULTS: In comparison with 1999, the sum of money of sales and DDDs of these drugs increased by 46.19% and 19. 81% in 2000, respectively. The daily costs for digestive system drugs were 3. 96 Yuan in 2000 and 4.13 Yuan in 1999. CONCLUSION: Digestive system drugs are commonly used and rapidly increased drugs.
