摘　　要：目的:“保肝药”提法易误导治疗。方法:介绍辅助治疗肝病药物的概念及类别。结果:调节机体免疫功能、降低高胆红素血症、降低转氨酶及抑制肝组织纤维增生皆是辅助治疗肝病药作用的各个方面。结论:建议摒弃“保肝药”的提法,临床用药应有的放矢。OBJECTIVE: To point out that the wording of LIVER-PROTECTIVE AGENT is apt to mislead therapy . METHODS: To introduce the concept and classification of the drugs for adjuvant treatment of liver diseases. RESULTS: The actions of adjuvants for treatment of liver diseases included modulating immunologic function, decreasing the activity of transaminase and inhibiting liver fibrosis. CONCLUSION : We suggest that the wording of LIVER - PROTECTIVE AGENT should be discarded and the drug use should have a definite object.
