西南4省市51家医院1999年～2000年处方药与非处方药应用分析及趋势预测

摘　　要：目的:分析医院处方药与非处方药用药现状和趋势,作出客观评估。方法:调查西南4省市51家医院1999年～2000年处方药与非处方药用药金额、主要品种等,分析临床应用情况。结果:对上报数据完整的医院进行统计,处方药与非处方药用药金额2000年比1999年分别增长55％和32％;非处方药占处方药的金额2000年和1999年分别为2.18％和2.56％。结论:处方药与非处方药用药金额均快速增长,但与处方药金额比较,非处方药所占金额很少。OBJECTIVE:To survey and objectively evaluate the present situation and trend of the usages of the prescription drugs and over the counter(OTC) drugs.METHODS:To make a survey of the usage for above - mentioned drugs in 51 hospitals of 4 provinces in southwest China during the period 1999 - 2000 concerning the sum of money for drugs, main kinds of drugs etc. .RESULTS:The sum of money for the prescription drugs and OTC drugs increased 55% and 33% in 2000 compared with those in 1999, respectively.The sums of money for OTC drugs accounted for 2.18% and 2.56% of those of the prescription drugs in 2000 and in 1999, respectively .CONCLUSION: The sums of money for the prescription drugs and OTC drugs increased rapidly,but total sale of OTC drugs was very low compared with that of the prescription drugs.
