摘　　要：目的:为临床合理选用双膦酸盐类药物提供参考。方法:介绍双膦酸盐类药物的研究进展,对其在一些疾病中的应用进行了评 价。结果与结论:双膦酸盐类药物具有抑制骨吸收和防止动脉、肾脏及皮肤钙化等作用,为治疗骨质疏松等病症开辟了新的途径。OBJECTIVE:To provide rational use of diphosphcmate preparations for reference. METHODS:To give account of research progress of diphosphonate preparations and to evaluate their application in some diseases. RESULTS & CONCLUSION :Diphosphonate preparations can inhibit absorption of bone and prevent calcification of artery, kidney and skin. They open up a new way in treatment of some diseases, such as osteoporosis.
