摘　　要：目的:评价临床药师协助临床合理应用抗菌药物的效果。方法:对我院药师参与临床用药治疗的20例难治性感染病例进行回顾性分析。结果:我院药师参与临床治疗难治性感染20例,均取得明显疗效。结论:临床药师协助临床合理应用抗菌药物显示了其重要性和必要性。OBJECTIVE: To evaluate the therapeutic efficacy of rational use of antimicrobials with the aid of clinical pharmacists. METHODS: To retrospectively analyse the medication for treating 20 cases of refractory infections with the aid of pharmacists in our hospital. RESULTS: All the 20 cases of refractory infections, treated with the participation of pharmacists, have got satisfactory efficacy. CONCLUSION:It is important and necessary that clinical pharmacists should participate in the clinical medication.
