摘　　要：在分别介绍智能交通系统 ( Intelligent Transportation System,ITS)和电子商务( Electronic Commerce,EC)以及现代物流研究现状的基础上 ,文章首次提出了基于 ITS和 EC的智能物流系统的概念 。Based on the introduction to the state of art of intelligent transportation system (ITS), electronic commerce (EC) and modern logistics, a novel concept intelligent logistics system as well as its logic architecture are proposed by this pape.
