摘　　要：有效地控制工程造价,可以大量节省工程建设资金,利用有限的资金,取得最大的经 济效益和社会效益。从工程项目评估、决策阶段、设计阶段、实施阶段以及加强预算工作方 面,阐述了如何进行工程造价控制。It represent how to undertake the control of project cost by means of project item assessment, decision phase, design phase, practice phase, and the enforce of budget. Hie effective control of project cost can considerably save the cash of engineering construction. It can also utilize the limit cash to gain the marium economic and social efficiency.
